Made from Saperavi grape variety from 30-50 year old vineyards. This unique wine is fermented in Qvevri by ancient Georgian method, which naturally guarantes constant temperature during the whole winemaking process. The result is a deep wine rich of extract with a very good aging potential. Wine has purely varietal aroma of cherry and blackberry without oak influence. Recommended with meat dishes and cheese.
