Coriole Redstone Shiraz
The Redstone range is produced from Coriole's own estate vineyards and other selected sites in the McLaren Vale Region. The name comes from the distinctively coloured ironstone so common in the vineyards and buildings at Coriole.
The palate is rich and generous showing plums, strawberry and blueberry. A balanced wine with a creamy, structured palate. Ripe, even tannins with good length. Redstone is a drink now style, but you could confidently cellar this wine for several years.
