The legend says that walnut husks need to be picked on the day of San Giovanni. We follow the same tradition, starting our process on june 24th. Our green walnuts are hand-harvested in early-mid June. Our Nocino macerates for 8 months, and aged in steel vats for 3 months. A bittersweet liqueur with aromas of green walnuts, brown spices, vanilla and ripe berries with a long and rich finish.
